Right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it, without having to give any reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last one.
To inform us of your decision, use the Cancel the contract here form or email us at contact@patch41.fr stating your name, your order number and the date of receipt.

The cost of returning the product is borne by you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the proof of postage. You may be held liable if the product has lost value as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund
We will refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your cancellation: the price of the product and the delivery costs paid with the order. We may wait until we have received the product, or until you have sent us proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, in the currency you paid in, at no cost to you.
Personalised products
The right to cancel does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code; in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), such as patches and stickers made to order from a quote.
Damaged or non-conforming product
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, email us at contact@patch41.fr with a photo. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If you live in the United Kingdom, you have the statutory rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these cases, repair, replacement or refund is provided at no cost to you, including the cost of sending the product back.
