Where orders ship from
PATCH 41 ships from France (Chandon, Loire) and from England (Corfe Mullen, Dorset). Orders delivered in the United Kingdom ship from England when the items are in stock there; otherwise they ship from France, like all other orders.
Zones and rates
- Metropolitan France: tracked shipping with La Poste, €3.79, free on orders of €65 or more.
- United Kingdom: from England, Royal Mail tracked delivery for £2.99, free on orders of £55 or more; from France, €7.50, charged in pounds at the rate shown at checkout.
- European Union: €7.50.
- Other countries served: €7.50. Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times
Your order is prepared once payment has been confirmed. When it is dispatched, you receive an email with the parcel tracking number. Unless another timeframe is stated when you order, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order.
Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union from France, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes on receipt. These are payable by the recipient. Orders shipped from England to a UK address do not go through customs.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at contact@patch41.fr with your order number. We will deal with the request with you and with the carrier.
