Have you bought a standard product from our shop and want to exercise your right to cancel? Fill in this form.
For a standard product bought online, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel, without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return address and refund terms are set out on the Returns and refunds page.
The right to cancel does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), such as patches and stickers made to order.
